We know interviews can be stressful, but they don’t have to be. At Fox Agency, our hiring process is all about bringing out your best, not catching you off guard. We’ll keep things clear, keep you in the loop at every stage, and make sure you always know what’s next. Think of it less like a test, and more like a conversation. We’re genuinely excited to get to know you!

Most of our hiring journeys follow the steps below, but depending on the role, we might throw in an extra step or two to get a better sense of things. But don't worry, nothing wild, just what’s needed to make sure it’s a great fit for everyone.

Step 1: Application Review
Kick things off by applying, we'll take a look. Our goal? To get a feel for who you are and whether your skills and experience align with the role.

Step 2: Intro Chat
A 30-minute casual conversation with someone from our talent team. It's your chance to ask questions, and our chance to get to know you beyond the CV.

Step 3: Interview(s)
You’ll meet some of the folks you might work with, virtually or in-person. We keep it laid-back and two-sided, more conversation than interrogation. We’re just as curious about how you approach things as we are about what you know.

Step 4: Task (if needed)
For most roles, we’ll ask you to complete a short task to walk us through in your final interview. It’s a chance to highlight your creativity, strategy, and problem-solving. Nothing too big, just a peek into how you think and tackle challenges.

Step 5: Final Interview + Decision
A final chat to take us through your task and to wrap things up, answer any remaining questions, and (hopefully!) make things official.
