Our creative studio is growing, and we’re looking for a Midweight Art Director to join the team in January 2026. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional creative solutions and high-quality design, leading projects and supporting senior creatives from concept to final execution.
The Role
- To deliver on designs and concepts for our clients and new business prospects - working together with Creative Leads and Copywriters when appropriate

- Help Creative Leads with art direction of creative execution when needed
- Present concepts and ideas to internal teams in a clear, engaging and inspirational format and at time to clients
- Support the team with wider design and artwork needs as and when necessary
You

- You keep it real. You are up-front, open and honest
- High quality design – to deliver exciting, original, relevant campaign, content or brand ideas
- You have a beautifully crafted portfolio that highlights your thought processes and high-level execution, as well as implementation stages
- An understanding of brand and creative strategy
- Energy and enthusiasm for the promotion of all things creative
- Pro-actively staying abreast of trends and changes within the creative and content marketing landscape
- Use creative problem-solving to overcome challenges posed by client briefs and competing priorities
- A good communicator - engaging, articulate, passionate
- Ability to multi-task and get things done
- Diligence in delivering against pre-agreed timescales
- Strong attention to detail
- Supportive and flexible working style
